Sue Addis-Stannyhas a BA from Pennsylvania State University in Dance Education. She danced professionally with the Charleston (SC) Ballet Company, Ballet South, and Savannah Ballet. She identified gifted students in New York with the National Endowment for the Arts in the AGE program prior to returning to Pittsburgh and opening Addis Studios. She has done extensive choreography for local theater groups, festivals, etc. She has also directed both childrens' and community theater as well as writing plays and articles. She teaches Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Creative Movement, and Acrobatics.
